Having just finished a wonderful book in which the octopus is a rather wise protagonist, I discovered more about this very intelligent creature that made me smile. I also recommend a Washington Post article. It describes how Terrance became Terry when a young boy discovered that his pet octopus was not what he expected. And then finally, this new National Geographic video should be fascinating:
