I just finished listening to Kristin Hannah’s Four Winds. As history and economics, it started in the 1930s Texas Dustbowl and wound up with California farm labor. But much more so, Four Winds was the page turner story of one women, her two children, and timeless ideas about government, the environment, and being called an outsider when you are really an American.
