Every once in a while, (and sometimes each day) I listen to a great podcast, enjoy an article, or see a good video that I want to share with you.

Friday’s e-links 10/22
In his five-part “Sporkful” podcast series, Mission: ImPASTAble, Dan Pashman describes his quest to invent and produce the perfect pasta. Saying it needs forkability, sauceablity, and toothsinkability, he introduces listeners to the world of pasta. He talks about shapes, textures, and mass production. You could say that he wonderfully takes us from the fork to the factory as his cascatelli emerges.
