Expecting a new 99% Invisible podcast, I accidentally linked to (and recommend) one from 2020. Especially memorable, it focused on the significance of public restrooms. Because I have written about how the restroom signifies power, I stuck with the old podcast and it did not disappoint me. In the past and now, marginalized groups that range from female legislators to transgender individuals have not had public restroom access.
