November 2025 Friday’s e-links: The Doodles in Our Lives

Every once in a while, (and sometimes each day) I listen to a great podcast, enjoy an article, or see a good video that I want to share with you. These are my e-links.

Asking if we’ve reached peak Doodle, the Financial Times “Big Take” podcast looked at the “Big Business of the Doodle Boom.” In addition to enjoying a bit of a frivolous podcast during a holiday week, I thought about what our pets say about us. So, yes, we had the opportunity to learn about all kinds of Doodles. The podcast took us to their Australian origins and their future. It considered how expensive they can be. And crucially, breeding ethics also surfaced.

Next though, econlife has also had a different lens. In 2018, we connected where you live to your dog breed. I suspect it still is accurate.
