Perhaps around for too long, some podcasts have lost their sparkle. As a result, for my daily 4-mile walks, I am always looking for something new to listen to. This week, my discovery was One Year. Although One Year is in its fourth season, I had never heard of it. Its appeal is its focus, Looking at just one year, the podcast further takes the listener to one event. The episode I heard–1942–described why studios stopped making records. Having heard 1942, I have an exciting array of years from which to choose during future walks.
