This week, I recommend a YouTube podcast (linked below) that lets us better understand the Federal Reserve. It’s different from all others, though, because of the interviewer and the interviewee. In this podcast e-link we have Jon Stewart, a comedian and political commentator, interviewing Austan Goolsbee, a Fed president who has done standup comedy. And because they can both be funny, smart, and clever, we are enjoyably captivated by dry information. Indeed, as they discuss topics that range from FOMC meetings to inflation to debt, they have some fun, as did I.
