The best article I read this week reminded me of a past econlife post. Focusing on our newest Supreme Court Justice, the Washington Post article described Ketanji Brown Jackson’s vigorous, inquisitive, and thorough style during the Court’s oral arguments. I suspect her approach.would have changed the interruption statistics that we cited here at econlife. In the past, female justices were interrupted by the men far more frequently than their male counterparts. In the Court and beyond, interrupting women is all too frequent.
