This week I recommend a Cautionary Tales episode. Telling us what we probably never knew about McDonald’s, it is a fun facts podcast. We learn about competition that no one heard of from Burger Chef. We find out that first McDonald’s sold ribs. But then it closed for three months to figure out a better menu. We hear about Ray Croc’s drive and the precise size of the perfect French fry. Perhaps most crucially, though, we see the impact of an entrepreneur.
