Every once in a while, (and sometimes each day) I listen to a great podcast, enjoy an article, or see a good video that I want to share with you. These are my e-links.

This week, I recommend a Goldman Sachs Exchanges podcast. Their focus was affordability. Exploring wages, prices, and the administration’s response, they covered considerable territory. But I learned the most when they discussed housing. Digging insightfully into issues that ranged from regulatory policies to mortgage rates to construction industry productivity, the podcast explained the reasons that housing is less affordable. Then, from there, they related it all to a labor and land shortage. In just 25 minutes, Goldman presented a perfect overview of the key affordability issues and then a deep dive into what we all need to know about the housing crisis.
