Friday’s e-links 10/25/24
Sometimes, it’s tough to grasp what Nobel Prize winners have done. This year though, for the three economists that won The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences (the name of the economics Nobel Prize), it’s a bit easier. Perhaps over simplifying, we can just say that they’ve shown us “Why Nations Fail,” and made it even more interesting with lots of history. However, it took economist Tim Harford to explain it all to us. In just nine minutes (that I recommend), in his “More or Less podcast,” he explains this year’s economics prize.
