Today, I just want to recommend a look at Our World in Data. Chock full of facts and analysis, their topics range from global equality to demographics, and health to government spending. Telling us the emissions from a list of foods including a burger and a potato, their most recent addition explores the “Environmental Impacts of Food.” Happily their graphics are wonderful and available for copying.
