    From Mexico, so I know what you mean, also we have since 1991 the same pollution policy as in Colombia. Families have to buy another car since public transportation is not efficient enough, and carpooling is quite difficult in a city with such the traffic as Mexico City. It’s kind of a demonstration of Jacob’s statement about that the “invisible hand” has an “invisible elbow” too.
